Procedure & Instructions for Registration (Session 2024 - 2025)
- Deep Public School welcomes you to the admission process for the academic session 2024-2025.
- Registration Forms are available at the school website www.deeppublicschool.co.in.
- It can also be collected from Administrative Office as per the given schedule:
- Timings: Monday -Saturday – 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Minimum Age as on 31st March, 2024
3+ years for Class Nursery |
4+ years for Class Prep |
5+ years for Class I |
6+ years for Class II |
7+ years for Class III |
8+ years for Class IV |
9+ years for Class V |
10+ years for Class VI |
11+ years for Class VII |
12+ for Class VIII |
- Selection of students for KG shall be done on the basis of informal interaction between the Parents and the Principal. There will be no written test. The date & time for the informal interaction would be intimated telephonically/EMail
- Selection of the students from Class I onwards will be on the basis of Written tests, performance reports issued by the previous school, and interaction of the student with the Principal.
List of documents required for verification & submission at the time of Admission. Photocopy of Birth certificate
- Two passport size color photographs each of both the parents.
- Six passport size color photographs of the child.
- Assessment record of previous class for class II and above.
- Transfer Certificate duly signed by the competent authority from the
- previous school to be submitted at the time of admission.
- Parents ID proof and Address proof (anyone from the list given below)
- Passport of Mother & Father
- Voter ID card of Mother and Father
- Aadhaar card of Mother and Father

Once admission has been offered, no refund on any account whatsoever shall be entertained. Please contact the admission office for further queries.
Instructions for Filling up the Online Registration form:
- This is an electronic registration form for DEEP PUBLIC SCHOOL only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form.
- All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information.
- Please fill in each entry of the form and write N.A for those entries, which are not applicable to you. Do not leave any entry blank.
- Do not press ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use “TAB KEY” or mouse control for the same.
- After completing the registration form, click on the “Submit” button for final registration.
- To avoid discrepancy, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
- Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
- In case of query, you can write an e-mail to admissions@deeppublicschool.co.in Queries at any other E-mail ID will not be accepted.
